Ingredients

  • 10 oz regular corn frozen
  • cups ore-ida hash brown potatoes diced
  • lb ground beef lean
  •  onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • oz taco bellâ® taco seasoning mix 
  • oz velveeta cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown meat with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix and water.
  4. Add potatoes, corn and VELVEETA; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
  5. Bake 20 min.; stir.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until heated through.
