  • 16 oz vermicelli 
  • tablespoon capers 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons pinenuts chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoons rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons sage fresh chopped
  • teaspoon basil fresh chopped
  • cups cherry tomatoes cut into fourths
  • serving pepper freshly ground

Directions

  1. Cook vermicelli as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely chop capers if they are large. In medium bowl, mix capers and remaining ingredients except tomatoes and pepper. Stir in tomatoes.
  3. Drain vermicelli. In large bowl, toss vermicelli and herb mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper.
