Ingredients

  •  portugese rolls 
  • pound pork chops sliced
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • tablespoons fish sauce 
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • tablespoons pepper fresh black
  • tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  • servings mayonnaise 
  • servings cilantro leaves 
  • servings pickled carrot and daikon 
  • servings pastry crust 
  • servings cucumber 
  • servings jalapeno

Directions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients (except for pork) in a plastic bag.
