  • 0.5 head cabbage cored thinly sliced
  •  carrots cut into matchsticks
  • 0.3 cup roasted peanuts dry finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • tablespoon chile peppers green finely chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.3  onion finely chopped
  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • tablespoon asian sesame oil toasted ()
  •  chicken breast halves shredded boneless skinless cooked
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon sugar white

Directions

  1. Stir together the chopped green chiles, rice vinegar, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and black pepper until the mixture is thoroughly combined and the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the chicken, cabbage, carrot, onion, peanuts, and cilantro in a salad bowl, and toss thoroughly together with tongs.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again.
  4. Serve immediately.
