Ingredients

  • tablespoons apple juice 
  • stalks celery chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon celery seed 
  • cup grapes seedless
  •  green onions chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • tablespoons yogurt plain
  •  tart apples cored peeled chopped
  • bunch watercress trimmed chopped
  • tablespoons walnuts chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples and lemon juice.
  2. Add the grapes, celery, and green onions; toss.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, apple juice and celery seeds. Spoon over the apple mixture, and toss gently.
  4. Wash the watercress, and dry thoroughly. Arrange greens on individual salad plates. Mound the apple mixture on top, and sprinkle with the walnuts.
