Ingredients

  • teaspoons apple cider vinegar 
  • oz brie round 
  • servings round buttery crackers fresh assorted
  • 0.5 teaspoon rosemary fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup ginger preserves 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 1.5 teaspoons orange zest 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Trim and discard rind from top of Brie.
  3. Place Brie on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is just melted.
  5. Meanwhile, microwave ginger preserves and next 6 ingredients in a small microwave-safe glass bowl at HIGH 30 seconds; stir until blended and smooth. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
  6. Let stand while cheese bakes.
  7. Transfer Brie to a serving dish; drizzle warm glaze immediately over Brie.
  8. Serve with assorted crackers and fresh fruit.
  9. *1/4 cup fig preserves maybe substituted.
  10. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Dundee Ginger Preserve.
  11. Place the Brie directly on an oven-safe serving plate, and bake as directed. The hot plate will keep the cheese warm and gooey longer.
