  • 0.5 cup cream cheese 
  • 12  medjool dates pitted halved
  • oz mild cheddar cheese blue loosely packed crumbled
  • ounces pancetta thinly sliced cut into 24 thin (1/2 in.) strips (4 to 5 slices)
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  3. Add dates and cook, covered, until warmed through and softened, about 3 minutes.
