  • cup rice white instant uncooked
  • cups milk 
  • oz jell-o vanilla flavor cook & serve pudding

Directions

  1. Mix milk, reserved fruit cocktail liquid, pudding mix, ginger and rice in medium saucepan until blended.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in fruit.
  4. Let stand 15 min. before serving.
