  • 0.3 cup mirin dry
  • tablespoons parsley fresh minced
  • tablespoons horseradish 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • pounds potatoes - remove skin red scrubbed cut into 2-inch pieces
  •  spring onion minced
  • 0.5 pound trout smoked flaked
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions
