Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts 
  • handful baby spinach 
  • servings pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons cream cheese 
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • servings olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoons parmesan 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Place olive oil, artichoke hearts, garlic, red chili flakes and salt in a small pot and simmer covered for 1 hour.
  2. Add baby spinach and cover pot again, steam for 2 minutes.
