  • ounces feta cheese 
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 cup red wine vinegar

  •  onion sweet chopped
  • cups seeded/seedless watermelon diced seedless
