  • Dash salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 3.3 pounds watermelon seedless chopped

Directions

  1. Place half of watermelon in a blender; process until smooth. Strain watermelon through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Repeat procedure with the remaining watermelon. Stir in lime juice, sugar, 1/2 cup water, and dash of salt.
  2. Serve over ice.
