  • cups tomatoes canned crushed
  • cups cheddar grated
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • pound elbow macaroni 
  • tablespoon garlic chopped
  • cups bell pepper green chopped
  • pounds ground beef lean
  • cups onion chopped
  • 10 servings salt and pepper 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet; add the peppers, onion, and garlic, and saute until soft.
