  • sprigs chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt for sprinkling

  • 1.5 tablespoons sherry vinegar 
  • 1.5 tablespoons truffle oil 
  • 15 gram truffle oil black finely minced (1 inch in diameter)
  • 4.5 tablespoons walnut oil 
  • 1.5 pound asparagus white trimmed peeled
