  • 0.7 cup celery chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped (white and pale green parts only; 2)
  • servings olive oil extra-virgin (for drizzling)
  • cups onions chopped
  • cup soup noodles (such as farfalline)
  • large tomatoes seeded finely chopped
  • 3.5 cups water ()

Directions
