Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange zest finely grated
  • 16 large strawberries ripe
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • ounces chocolate white chopped (such as Lindt or Perugina)

Directions

  1. Line baking sheet with foil. Usingfingertips, mix sugar and citrus peelsin small bowl until sugar is moist. Stirchocolate in small bowl set over saucepanof barely simmering water until melted andsmooth.
  2. Remove from over water.
  3. Holding 1 strawberry by stem end, dip2/3 of berry into chocolate; shake excessback into bowl. Turn berry dipped end upand sprinkle with citrus sugar.
  4. Place onprepared sheet. Repeat with remainingberries, chocolate, and sugar. Chill untilchocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
