  • oz chiles green chopped canned
  • 48 oz navy beans canned
  • 29 oz chicken broth canned
  • 1.3 oz chicken chili seasoning mix white
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 30 servings avocado-mango salsa 
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked
  • 30 servings cup heavy whipping cream fresh shredded sour
  • large onion diced sweet

Directions

  1. Saut onion and garlic in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, next 3 ingredients, and 2 cans navy beans. Coarsely mash remaining can navy beans, and stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring often; cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with desired toppings.
