  • 13.8 oz pizza dough refrigerated canned
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • oz fontina shredded
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried
  • serving salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place pizza stone on middle oven rack.
  2. Heat oven to 450°F.
  3. Sprinkle flour on work surface.
  4. Place dough on surface; press dough with hands or roll with rolling pin to desired thickness and shape. Lightly sprinkle pizza peel with additional flour (if you do not have a pizza peel, a flat cookie sheet will work).
  5. Transfer dough to pizza peel.
