- 0.5 cup oyster mushrooms very thinly sliced
- 0.5 heart romaine lettuce shredded
- 2 servings salt and pepper
- 1 shallots very thinly sliced
- 6 mushroom caps very thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar -- a sprinkle
