Directions

  1. Place sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan bring water to a boil.
  4. Add rice and stir in mushrooms and sausage. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
