  • cup barbecue sauce bob evans®
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 3.5 pounds roasted 
  • small bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • 12  sandwich rolls 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Place pork roast into slow cooker.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water.
  3. Combine Wildfire sauce, red pepper and chili powder.
  4. Pour over pork. Cover and heat on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
  6. Combine with sauce in slow cooker.
  7. Serve on buns.
