  •  jalapeno minced seeded
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • cups destemmed lacinato/dinosaur kale stemmed chopped
  • 0.3 cup lite coconut milk light
  • tablespoon lite coconut milk light
  • teaspoons juice of lime 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup water
