  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • lb pears fresh cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • oz torn salad greens 
  • 0.3 cup planters walnuts toasted chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare dressing mix using the less oil directions as directed on envelope.
  2. Add 1/4 to pears in medium bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Let stand 15 min.
  4. Toss greens, cranberries and nuts with remaining dressing in large bowl.
  5. Add pears; mix lightly.
  6. Serve immediately.
