  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shallots chopped
  • tablespoon tarragon vinegar 
  •  thyme sprigs 
  • 2.3 cups bell pepper yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add shallots, thyme, and garlic; saut 2 minutes.
  3. Add broth, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper; bring to a boil, and cook 35 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Discard thyme.
  4. Place bell pepper mixture and vinegar in a blender; process until smooth.
