If you're looking to elevate your grilling game, look no further than this Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken. This gluten-free and dairy-free dish delivers a delightful punch of flavors with every bite, perfect for impressing your family or hosting a summer barbecue. With succulent boneless chicken breasts marinated in a vibrant blend of herbs, spices, and a touch of sweetness from honey and SPLENDA®, this recipe balances savory and sweet in a way that satisfies without the guilt.

The magic begins with a simple marinade that combines the earthy tones of dried herbs like basil, thyme, and oregano with the aroma of minced garlic and just the right amount of cayenne pepper for a zesty kick. As the chicken grills, the marinade caramelizes, creating a beautiful char that not only enhances the flavor but also locks in the chicken’s natural juices, ensuring each piece remains tender and juicy.

This dish is versatile enough to be enjoyed at lunch or dinner and pairs wonderfully with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables. Ready in just 80 minutes, it’s an ideal recipe for busy weeknights or leisurely weekends. So fire up the grill and let the enticing aroma of garlic and herbs fill the air as you create a meal that's not only healthy but also bursting with flavor!
