  • 0.3 cup milk colby & monterey jack cheeses shredded 2% kraft
  • Tbsp basil fresh chopped
  • cup mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • 0.3 cup reduced fat topping parmesan style grated kraft
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Pour dressing over chicken in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Place grated topping in shallow dish.
  5. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  6. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 30 min. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on high heat 3 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in basil.
  8. Top chicken with mushrooms and shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
