- 0.5 cup onions chopped
- 1.5 lb tomatoes

- Fill Dutch oven with water; bring to boil. Meanwhile, cut small "x" in bottom of each tomato. Carefully add tomatoes to boiling water; cook 20 sec.
- Drain.
