  • cup onion dried minced
  • cup elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • pound ground beef 
  • 0.7 cup catsup 
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • cup potato chips crushed
  • teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
