Ingredients

  • 5.5 ounce seasoned croutons 
  • 1.5 teaspoons mustard dry
  •  eggs 
  • pint half-and-half cream 
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • tablespoon onion minced
  • cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • pound pork sausage 
  • 12 servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
  2. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
