  • 10  olive oil with olive oil and grilled
  • tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
  • tbsp harissa 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • medium zucchini

Directions

  1. Heat grill to high. Slice zucchini lengthwise and grill, turning once, until grill marks appear, about 4 minutes.
  2. Let cool, then chop. In a bowl, combine zucchini with feta and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
