  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin 
  • tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • pound zucchini fresh cut into 3-by-1/2-inch sticks
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried fresh chopped
  • servings salt 
  • servings pepper black freshly ground

Directions

  1. Cook onions with parsley: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter on medium heat.
