  • tsp g baking powder 
  • tsp baking soda 
  • 0.8  th cup / 150g brown sugar 
  • oz g chocolate dark
  • cups g chocolate chips 
  •  egg whites 
  • large eggs 
  • 5.5 oz g/ 1cup+1tbsp flour 
  • 140 icing sugar 
  • oz g/ 1cup+2tbsp caster sugar 
  • tsp ml vanilla extract 
  • oz 
  • 1.8 oz

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/290°F. Line a baking tray with either parchment or silicione baking mat.In a bowl, mix together the egg whites and icing sugar. Stir in the flaked almonds.Spoon the almond blobs on the baking sheet, flattening it with the spoon as you go.
  2. Bake for 6-8 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  3. Let it cool on the baking sheet for a bit. Then use a palette knife to remove the biscuits from the sheet. Eat up or store in a jar for upto 4 days.
