  • 0.5 cup curd cottage cheese 
  • 0.3 cup onion packed thinly sliced
  • tablespoon parmesan freshly grated
  •  puff pastry thawed
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cream sour

  1. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface with a lightly floured rolling pin into a 12-inch square, then transfer to a large baking sheet.
