  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes plain diced fire roasted organic undrained canned
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • oz angel hair pasta uncooked (capellini)
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan shredded

Directions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil over medium heat.
