Ingredients

  • 0.3 pound ham boiled thinly sliced
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 pound pepperoni sausage thinly sliced
  • 0.3 pound provolone cheese thinly sliced
  • 20 ounce crescent dinner rolls refrigerated canned
  • 12 ounce roasted peppers red drained cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 pound genoa salami thinly sliced
  • 0.3 pound swiss cheese thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  2. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough, and cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Layer the ham, provolone cheese, Swiss cheese, salami, pepperoni, and red peppers, on top of the dough.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly, and stir in the parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  5. Pour 3/4 of this mixture over the peppers. Unroll the second package of dough, and place over the top of the peppers.
  6. Brush with the remaining egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. Remove foil, and bake another 10 to 20 minutes, or until dough is fluffy and golden brown.
  9. Cut into squares.
  10. Serve warm, or at room temperature.
