Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling three-fourths full.
  3. Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Remove from pans immediately.
