  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • cup onion sliced
  •  pita bread rounds 
  • 0.5 cup yogurt plain
  • 0.5 pound turkey cooked cut into chunks

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and lemon juice. Cook until onion is tender.
  2. Mix in turkey, season with curry powder and continue cooking until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in apple. Stuff pitas with the mixture.
  4. Drizzle with yogurt to serve.
