  • 21 ounce apple fruit filling canned
  • 0.5 cup firmly brown sugar light packed
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 8-inch flour tortillas ()
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Spoon fruit filling evenly down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
  2. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bring butter and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.
  4. Pour over enchiladas; let stand 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
