Ingredients

  • cup arugula 
  • 0.3 cup fig preserves 
  • ounces goat cheese crumbled
  •  apples i use 2 granny smith apples thinly sliced
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • 11 oz pizza crust dough refrigerated thin canned
  • 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Unroll dough; pat to an even thickness on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Saut apple and onion in hot olive oil in a nonstick skillet until tender.
  5. Spread fig preserves over crust. Top with apple mixture and goat cheese.
  6. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted. Top with arugula and pecans.
