  • medium apples chopped
  • 16 oz bread french cut into 1-inch cubes ( 4 cups)
  • tsp ground cinnamon divided
  • cups milk 
  • pkg jell-o vanilla flavor cook & serve pudding (4-serving size each)
  • cup planters walnuts chopped
  • 1.5 cups cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Toss bread cubes with apples and walnuts; place in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. Pour milk into large bowl.
  3. Add dry pudding mixes and 1 tsp. of the cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  4. Pour over bread mixture; sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  5. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with whipped topping just before serving.
