  • 1.5 cups apple sauce unsweetened
  • cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda 
  • teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • ounces cream cheese reduced-fat
  • cup powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute on medium speed.
  2. Add the applesauce, sugar and oil; mix well.

  4. Pour into a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Frost the cake.
