  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup flour 
  • 0.8 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 cup butter cold
  • 0.3 cup minute tapioca 
  •  ready-to-use pie crust refrigerated

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss apricots with granulated sugar and tapioca.
  3. Let stand 15 min.
  4. Mix flour and brown sugar in medium bowl.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
  6. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate. Fill with apricot mixture; top with crumb mixture.
  7. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly. Cool.
