- 6 cups apricots peeled sliced
- 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
- 0.5 cup flour
- 0.8 cup granulated sugar
- 0.3 cup butter cold
- 0.3 cup minute tapioca
- 1 ready-to-use pie crust refrigerated

- Toss apricots with granulated sugar and tapioca.

- Mix flour and brown sugar in medium bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
