  • 13.9 oz corn muffin mix quick
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup apricot dried chopped
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • 1.5 teaspoons orange zest grated

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
  3. In medium bowl, stir Muffin
  4. Mix, milk, oil, eggs, apricots, raisins and 1 teaspoon of the orange peel just until blended. Divide batter among muffin cups (each about two-thirds full). In small bowl, stir together Streusel and remaining 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel; sprinkle over batter.
  5. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
