  • slices bread thick
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • ounces provolone cheese thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper crushed
  • ounces genoa salami hard thinly sliced
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • 0.5 bunch pkt spinach trimmed
