  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  • 0.5 cup crunchy rice noodles (such as La Choy)
  • 0.5 cup snow peas fresh thinly sliced
  •  sun-dried tomato sandwich wraps

    1. Stir together first 4 ingredients.
    2. Spread each wrap with 1/2 cup chicken salad mixture; sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. cilantro.
    3. Roll up tightly, and cut in half.
