  • 0.8 cup carrots peeled cut into 2-inch strips
  • 0.1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 0.8 pound deli roast turkey cut into 2-inch-long strips
  • 0.1 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  • clove garlic chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onion sliced
  • tablespoons soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • servings garnish: peanuts fresh chopped
  • 0.8 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • oz pasta like spaghetti uncooked thin
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • 0.8 cup zucchini cut into 2-inch strips

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except Ginger Dressing and garnish. In a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients for Ginger Dressing.
  2. Pour over salad; toss. Refrigerate one hour; garnish as desired.
