Ingredients

  •  carrots shredded peeled
  • cups breadcrumbs dry
  • tablespoon flat parsley chopped
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon optional: dill fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 10 servings olive oil for frying as needed
  •  onion diced finely
  • 10  baking potatoes shredded peeled
  • 10 servings salt and pepper to taste
