  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • ounce regular crescent rolls refrigerated reduced-fat canned
  • large egg whites lightly beaten
  • cup hash browns diced shredded frozen thawed
  • tablespoons parmesan fresh grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  •  bacon crumbled cooked
