Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup bacon crumbled cooked finely
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 cup herbs fresh assorted finely chopped
  •  green onions chopped
  • serving garnishes: herbs fresh assorted crumbled cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups self-rising flour 
  • 1.5 cups cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Stir in flour until blended. (
  3. Mixture will be thick.) Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling completely full.
  4. Bake at 375 for 26 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove cupcakes from pans to a wire rack, and cool completely (about 30 minutes).
  6. Spread or pipe tops of cupcakes with cream cheese.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
