  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • cup onion diced finely
  • 0.8 teaspoons salt 
  • cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • Tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup shortening (crisco, Etc)
  •  eggs whole
  • 10 Tablespoons milk whole ( Milk Is Best)
